The title company is the successor to the law firm’s real estate title and closing operations. Lockyear Title, LLC’s main location downtown has three conference rooms that are dedicated solely for closings. The parking lot is convenient and the building is equipped with handicap access.

In an effort to continually meet the needs of our busy clients, Lockyear Title, LLC is pleased to have another office conveniently located at 4424 Vogel Road, Suite 301-A in the Bank of Evansville building. Services at this location are by appointment only. This full-service title office is also licensed and approved to close transactions in Indiana and Illinois.
