Krista Lockyear, President of Lockyear Title, is an Attorney with Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP, with a practice concentrated in all areas of real estate matters. Krista brings eighteen (18) years of legal knowledge and experience to the title industry, allowing Lockyear Title to deal with any title or closing matters with expertise and efficiency.
Krista is a native of Vincennes, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a B.A. degree in 1989 and a J.D. degree (cum laude) in 1992. Krista has been active over the years in many Evansville Bar Association activities including serving as Chair of the Real Estate Section over multiple years and giving various presentations on real estate topics to fellow attorneys and other real estate professionals. She is on the Board of Directors and currently serves as President of the Evansville Bar Association. Krista has also lectured on real estate topics to attorneys at the state level through the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum.
Krista is involved in Lockyear Title day to day activities to ensure that all title matters and closings are handled properly. She oversees residential closings and often handles commercial closings personally. Kelly Jackson is an Attorney and Title Examiner for Lockyear Title, LLC. She graduated from Western Kentucky University, summa cum laude, in 1997 and then graduated from Indiana University – Indianapolis School of Law, cum laude, in 2000. Kelly has been practicing law for ten (10) years and she focuses her practice in the areas of real estate law and health care law. Kelly obtained her title insurance license in 2006 and keeps abreast of changes in the law by attending continuing education courses on a yearly basis. Kelly stays involved in the community by serving on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army and on the public relations committee of Habitat of Evansville. Kelly is also a founding member of Young Evansville Professionals, Inc.

Cari McCandless is the Operations Manager of Lockyear Title, LLC. She brings to Lockyear Title over 13 years experience in the lending industry and closing arena. Cari has worked for Southwestern Indiana Land Title and Bosse Title Company as a closing agent and team leader and has brought the best aspects of each endeavor to Lockyear Title. Her expertise and knowledge have played a large role in increasing Lockyear Title’s business since joining the company in 2006.
She Graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Cari is a licensed title insurance agent for the state of Indiana and completes continuing education each year to keep abreast of the numerous and frequent changes in the industry.
Cari strives to make each closing a successful, smooth experience and is known for her ability to quickly identify potential problems and solve them prior to closing. Her background in mortgage lending makes her adept at answering loan related questions posed by buyers at the closing table. Cari is very detail oriented and friendly which makes for a precise and enjoyable experience for your clients.

Jeannie M. Rodenberg is a Closing Agent and Title Administrator for Lockyear Title, LLC. She holds a Title Insurance License through the Indiana Department of Insurance and has 13 years experience in the title industry.
Mrs. Rodenberg is responsible for handling both residential and commercial closings, in addition to preparing title commitments, closing documents and final title policies.
Mrs. Rodenberg is an alumna of Mater Dei High School in her native Evansville, Indiana, and attended Western Kentucky University where she studied Interior Design.
Mrs. Rodenberg enjoys spending time with her large family and is actively involved as an Evansville Fall Festival booth chair for the West Side Catholic Schools and is a member of the St. Boniface Catholic School PTA.

Mrs. Wedding is a Title Administrator and Closing Agent for Lockyear Title, LLC. In addition to handling residential and commercial closings, Brianna also prepares title commitments, closing documents, and final title policies.
Mrs. Wedding earned a B.S. in Advertising and Public Relations in 2009 from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville, Indiana.
Brianna holds a current Title Insurance License through the Indiana Department of Insurance.

Natalie K. Colvin is a Title Administrator for Lockyear Title, LLC, where she prepares title commitments, closing documents, and final title policies.
A native of Newburgh, Indiana, Mrs. Colvin served as Paralegal to Prosecutor Todd Corne in the Warrick County Prosecutor’s Office for 13 years as well as Court Administator/Bailiff for one year for the Hon. Keith Meier of the Warrick Superior Court No. 1. She is a 1984 graduate of Castle High School.
Mrs. Colvin enjoys hiking with her two black Labrador retrievers and spending time with her husband Tim, and two college age children, Katie who attends University of Colorado-Boulder and Nick who attends Indiana University. She is a volunteer with the Warrick County Red Cross’ Heroes Campaign and helped start her local community watch program.

Marilyn G. Gregory is a Title Services Coordinator for Lockyear Title, LLC, where she performs a wide range of administrative duties related to the processing of residential and commercial transactions, including ensuring workflow deadlines are met and assuming primary responsibility for the title file upon receipt.
Prior to joining Lockyear Title in 2006, Ms. Gregory served as an administrative assistant and legal assistant for the law firm Rudolph, Fine, Porter & Johnson, LLP. She was previously employed for five years as business manager at Continental Management Corporation.
An Evansville native, Ms. Gregory stays active in the community through both professional and civic organizations. She is in her second term as Secretary of the Evansville Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she volunteers for their annual Style Show fundraiser and is a member of its Hospitality Committee. Ms. Gregory also serves on the board of directors as Secretary for the Tri-State Tres Dias. In addition, she serves on the executive committee and is treasurer of the J.O.Y. Fellowship of Forest Hills Wesleyan Church.
Ms. Gregory is a 1969 graduate of F.J. Reitz High School and stays connected to her alma mater through the Reitz Girls Group. She also enjoys spending time with her family, and especially takes pleasure in visiting with her only grandchild, Morgan.
Yvonne Hughes is the Title Searcher for Lockyear Title, LLC, where she searches public records for liens and verifies ownership of real estate properties. She brings over 14 years of experience in both the Real Estate and Relocation industry to Lockyear Title, LLC. She earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in May 2004.
Born and raised in Wittlich, Germany, Mrs. Hughes moved to the United States over 20 years ago when her husband, a member of the US Air Force, received orders to transfer. Yvonne became a citizen of the United States of America in September 2002.
Mrs. Hughes enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. Even though she may not have a green thumb in all areas of gardening, she takes pleasure in it.
